Purple Slush is the brainchild of Jayson Slack and Adam Wakely, lifelong friends and dynamic songwriters. The duo met in 1971 in first grade and have been connected ever since, though this marks their first musical project together since their teenage years.
Jayson takes the lead on guitars and vocals, while Adam brings depth with bass, keyboards, and backing vocals—stepping into the spotlight as the lead vocalist on “Touch My Heart.” The band’s rhythmic foundation is powered by Larry Bodnar on drums and AI drum programs, blending raw human energy with futuristic precision.
